Honestly, I think running everyday is ok, and if you have the passion for running and racing, that good too! Just make sure you balance the workout and always do a recovery runs, this helps a lot!
If you run everyday and you balance the intensity of your daily runs, make sure you include easy runs, in between your schedule.
This will change the frequency of your runs and your body can take some rest through easy runs.
But if you like to run at full speed and hardly ever incorporate slower workouts into your routine, then running every day is definitely not a good idea.If you wanted to run every single day and pound those knees at high workout rate, it’s not a good idea to do runs every day. Your causing injury to yourself.
