Newbie Tips : Running Everyday is Bad for You

Recovery is important, because it will benefit your mental health, will balance your hormones and allow your muscle tissue to repair itself. Rest day will depend on your program, just make sure you have enough to recovery.

What I am trying to say is, our body is designed to handle a lot of workload, but make sure you are treating it with care, because there’s no reason you can’t run everyday, always make sure there’s a lot of recovery and rest peroid when you need them. As always keep on running!
